Why PSG

Wells Fargo continues to rely on PSG because of our ability to:

  • Scale nationally without sacrificing quality

  • Execute complex, compliance-driven work in occupied environments

  • Act as a true program partner, not just a contractor

  • Deliver predictable results across long-term, multi-site initiatives

Project Overview

PSG Energy Services partnered with Wells Fargo as a long-term, trusted programmatic partner to modernize lighting, energy management systems (EMS), and ATM infrastructure across thousands of locations nationwide.

The engagement spans multiple project types, including LED retrofits, compliance surveys, EMS installations, and new ATM construction, executed consistently across a highly regulated, multi-site environment.

Over more than half a decade, PSG has supported Wells Fargo’s evolving operational, compliance, and efficiency goals while delivering projects on time, under budget, and at national scale.

The Challenge

Wells Fargo required a partner capable of executing complex programs across thousands of locations, quickly, consistently, and within strict budget and compliance constraints. Prior vendors struggled to meet schedules, maintain quality, and stay aligned with budget expectations. In some cases, projects stalled entirely due to execution issues or partner instability, including a key ATM construction vendor exiting the market unexpectedly. Wells Fargo needed a nationally licensed, reliable partner they could trust to take over programs mid-stream and deliver at scale.

The Solution

PSG was brought in as a trusted, programmatic partner to stabilize and execute multiple nationwide initiatives simultaneously.

Key differentiators included:

  • Proven ability to perform the same work, the right way, across thousands of sites

  • National licensing and compliance expertise

  • Strong partner coordination with firms such as CBRE, JLL, and BGIS

  • Program-level management focused on schedule recovery, budget control, and quality assurance

PSG assumed ownership of stalled programs, streamlined execution, and delivered consistent results across every location.
