Project Overview

In 2023, UPS launched a large-scale lighting upgrade initiative as part of a broader, nation-wide facility improvement program. The goal was to enhance light levels, improve safety, and increase energy efficiency across active warehouse and shipping facilities.


PSG Energy Services was selected to execute a nationwide LED conversion spanning 370 locations, delivering measurable performance improvements while keeping daily operations uninterrupted.

The Challenge

Each site remained active throughout installation, meaning work had to be executed without disrupting shipping schedules, workforce productivity, or facility throughput.
